I have many opinions on many subjects. Not all of these subjects or opinions fit well with the general theme of this site. In an attempt to provide an outlet for these views, I have created this blog section. I shall not tip into politics, religion, nor other equally contentious issues here. Perhaps this section is not even needed at all. Time will tell.

In the meantime, I have been working on an article showing Tarot symbolism in Stanley Kubrick's "The Shining."

I am aware of the misspelling of Jack's name. It will be corrected to "Torrance" before this article is completed.

And finally, a lot of imagery seems to be hidden in the dissolves and transitions. Note the 'candle' in the 'third-eye' position on Jack, as well as the crown.
